Hey everyone,
I've got something cool to share with you: the Trust Your Gut Challenge.
Research shows that when we are faced with decisions, relying on unconscious feelings can lead to better decisions than analyzing the data alone.¹
When you have that "gut feeling" about something, you’re likely tapping an unconscious thought process with valuable cues. But so often we ignore that feeling, or doubt its accuracy. And many of us don’t know how to tap into it at will.
The Trust Your Gut challenge is the first step in changing that.
I’ve seen time and time again in my own intuitive practice and with my clients that even small, daily questions or situations can benefit from knowing how to access and trust our gut feelings.
This free, downloadable workbook has a few short, daily exercises you can do to strengthen your intuition by listening to your gut feelings. Sometimes there’s a literal physical feeling solar plexus, third-chakra area that is telling you where to go next.
“Your intuition knows what to do. The trick is getting your head to shut up so you can hear.”
Louise Smith said, “Your intuition knows what to do. The trick is getting your head to shut up so you can hear.” These exercises are designed to do just that – help you quiet your monkey-mind so you can feel the direction you’re meant to have.
On May 1, I’ll be starting this challenge myself, committing to the morning and evening breath work and exercises for the whole month and posting about my experiences on my blog. Although this challenge is designed to be self-guided, I’d love it if you’d join me. for a guided month of intuitive development right here, all month long.
